Got dogs? You've come to the right place! Hi! We're Jen and Justin. We live in Hocking Hills. We love the area and our dogs and want to provide a place for you to bring your best, four legged-friends! We have no size or breed restrictions and no limit to the number of dogs you bring. We just ask that they are well behaved and pick up after themselves. No additional charge for your dog(s). No pet deposit.

We have 4 cabins located within 1/2 mile of each other. We own 3 dog focused homes with fenced in areas off the deck so that you don't need to go outside to let your dogs out. We provide dog beds, bowls, towels, and some treats! Now for the human amenities....All cabins are within walking distance of the Buckeye Trail, less than 2 miles from Old Man's Cave and Conkle's Hollow (no dogs), have full kitchens, fire pits with fire starting supplies, covered decks with string lights, bird feeders, games, DVDs, and more! Here is a brief description of each cabin:

Take A Hike-Secluded with a large deck in the trees, smallest interior, wood burning fireplace.

Paws & Unwind-Larger interior, less secluded, gas fireplace. EV charger.

Get Lost-The newest with the best features of the other two! Seclusion, a 40 foot covered deck, indoor hammock chairs in front of a gas fireplace. Deck lounge chairs and hammock chairs, Wifi, smart TV, outdoor TV, outdoor games, small yard, EV Charger.

Bear Necessities-we do not own, but 100% manage this FAMILY FOCUSED home. Wifi, no stairs inside. Furniture anchored, cabinet locks, and more! Sleeps 6. Book at www.airbnb.com/h/bearnecessitieshho

We have a cooler, backpack, trekking poles, and ice grippers for your shoes for use during your stay. We have a Keurig and drip coffee maker. We provide K-Cups, sugar, Coffeemate individual creamer. Spices, cooking spray, EVOO, foil, baggies, and more.

For your dogs, we have a 12 ft x 20 ft fenced in area right off of the deck. We also have indoor and outdoor dog beds, and food and water bowls. There is a 4 ft x 2.5 ft dog crate and a smaller crate under the queen bed.

We are an unplugged destination. There is no Wi-Fi. Cell service is limited in the area. Sprint, ATT, and T-Mobile have decent service inside. Verizon has spotty service inside. Your cell phone will work to call 911 from Paws & Unwind. The closest wifi is at the Old Man's Cave Visitor Center. We live 5 minutes away. You can give our number to family to reach us in the event of an emergency. We are 5 minutes away.

We have a variety of games, books, and DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay.

There are 2 stairs up to the cabin. We are not handicap accessible.

We have a keypad on the door so you will not see us. However, we are typically 5 minutes away and are always available to answer your questions or handle any issues that may arise during your stay.
