Cabin #1, Paws & Unwind

We live in Hocking Hills. We love the area and our dogs and want to provide a place for you to bring your best four legged-friends! We have no size or breed restrictions. We just ask that they are well behaved and you pick up after them. No additional charge for your dog(s). No pet deposit.

We have 3 cabins located within 1/2 mile of each other with fenced in areas off the deck so that you don't need to go outside to let your dogs out. We provide dog beds, bowls, towels, and some treats! We do all of the cleaning, maintenance, and building ourselves.

All cabins are within walking distance of the Buckeye Trail, less than 2 miles from Old Man's Cave and Conkle's Hollow (no dogs), have full kitchens, fire pits with fire starting supplies, covered decks with string lights, bird feeders, games, DVDs, and more! Here is a brief description of each cabin:

Take A Hike - Secluded with a large deck in the trees, smallest interior, wood burning fireplace.

Paws & Unwind - Larger interior, less secluded, gas fireplace, Wifi, Smart TV,  Dishwasher, and EV charger.

Get Lost - Seclusion, a 40 foot covered deck, indoor hammock chairs in front of a gas fireplace and 4 person Hot Tub. Deck lounge chairs and hammock chairs, Wifi, smart TV, outdoor TV, outdoor games, small yard, dishwasher, and EV Charger.

We have a cooler, backpack, trekking poles, and ice grippers for your shoes for use during your stay. We have a Keurig and drip coffee maker. We provide K-Cups, sugar, Coffeemate individual creamer. Spices, cooking spray, EVOO, foil, baggies, and more.

For your dogs, we have a 250Sq.Ft. fenced in area right off of the deck. We also have indoor and outdoor dog beds, and food and water bowls. There are large and medium crates. We have additional large creates if needed by request.

Cell service is available for AT&T, T-mobile, and Verizon at the cabins. You can give our number to family to reach us in the event of an emergency. We are 5 minutes away.

We have a variety of games, books, and DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay.

There are a few stairs up to the cabin. We are not handicap accessible.

We have a keypad on the door so you will not see us. However, we are typically 5 minutes away and are always available to answer your questions or handle any issues that may arise during your stay.

Exterior security cameras are in use to cover the entryways and driveways. Exterior seating and firepit areas are not monitored.
